Pokémon Trading Card Game
I compete professionally in the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). It is an incredibly deep, complex strategy game that rewards intimate knowledge of applied statistical modeling.
I've been travelling for competition since 2022, during which time I've played in five countries on four continents and made a name for myself as a top-ranked expert.
What really draws me to Pokémon is the "click" moment that happens when I finally understand how to model a particular line/interaction/deck in my head. I love the feeling of knowing that I have solved the puzzle and can use it to my advantage in-game.
